Payment Instructions:

• Payment for Early Bird should be received by 26th August 2019, and is only applicable for bank transfer and banker's cheque payment types.

• Registration fees for participants and presenters include conference admission, conference set (proceedings and materials), lunches and refreshments. The fees DO NOT include accommodation.

• Normal presenters need to pay the fees BEFORE or ON 02nd September 2019 in order for their papers to be included in conference proceeding.

• Please forward a scanned copy of telegraphic transfer receipt to ICoFA 2019 Secretariat (icofa2019@gmail.com with cc to daina@uitm.edu.my ) or by fax to +604-9882526 for us to verify the transaction.

• Please kindly fill registration form at this link http://tiny.cc/register_icofa and attach the evidence of payment above in the online registration form.

• Please include in your payment:

  • Total registration fees; wire transfer fees are the responsibility of the registrants (registrants are required to bear the processing fee charged by their bank and a third party agent (if any)).

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

 

1. ICoFA 2019 is not responsible for any payment received not as stated above.

2. Cancellation Policy:

No refunds will be made for cancellation of participation. Participants who are unable to attend ICoFA 2019 after having paid the registration fees can substitute an alternate participant.

 

3. Liability:

1. ICoFA 2019 shall not be liable for acts or defaults in case of injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity of any kind whatsoever during arrangement organized through contractors or employees of such contractors in carrying out services.

2. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to make changes where deemed necessary, without prior notice to parties concerned.

3. All disputes are subject to the Malaysian law.

4. We kindly ask you to allow the Organizing Committee to use all registration data given in this form for computerized handling of the conference.
