Paper Submission
Authors should submit their papers online via EasyChair Submission System. Authors need to register and login into their EasyChair account via this link: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=icofa2019
All submissions must be original, unpublished, and not submitted concurrently for publication elsewhere. The manuscript must be written in strict accordance with the Springer format and subject to both review and editing. Only accepted manuscripts will be invited for presentation at the ICoFA 2019.
Formatting Guidelines
As part of the submission process, authors are required to adhere to the following guidelines:

Please omit author name(s) on the manuscript sent (for blind reviewing).

The abstract must be between 150-250 words only.

The paper must be written in English only, and must be between 8 to 10 pages only.

The key themes of the conference, i.e. “Sustainability” and/or “ASEAN” (or any selected ASEAN country(ies), must be clearly mentioned in the abstract and in the body of paper.

The in-text citations and reference list must be written according to the APA format, 6th edition.
- The language must be of acceptable standard. To ensure this, you are kindly advised to send your paper for language proofreading services prior to submission.

The submission file is in MS Word only (file extension *.doc or *.docx file using Springer format as in the full paper template. Please refer to the full paper template below.
Please be reminded that papers which do not comply with the above guidelines may still be ACCEPTED for conference presentation but MAY NOT be accepted for publication in Springer proceedings/Scopus-indexed publications.

Notes:
1. You need Easychair account to submit, please create one before submitting. Please follow THIS instructions to register and submit your abstract/full paper.
2. Dont forget to choose SDGs thematic scope and specific topics relevant to your paper when making the submission.
Virtual Presentation Guidelines:
Authors who choose to present virtually during registration (after notification of paper acceptance) must send in their slides to icofa2019@gmail.com by 15 September 2019 and the slides must be prepared according to the following guidelines:

All presentation slides must be in Microsoft Powerpoint format (*.pptx)

First slide must contain Paper title, Paper no, Authors' names and affiliations, and email of corresponding author.

Please insert transition between all slides.

Please set a 10 sec timer on every slides.

Maximum number of slides allowed for presentation is 20 slides.

E-Certificate will be awarded to each paper presented via Virtual Presentation.

Remember, authors still need to submit full paper before the full paper deadline. The full paper will still be considered for Springer proceedings and all other journal publications.
